The Amazon and Drop Ship Retail Specialist
General Purpose:
Amazon Sales and Drop Ship Retail Specialist will be responsible for developing & executing the sales strategy for the US markets through authorized 3P and 1P sales. Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners including third-party agencies across company locations to manage all aspects of the Amazon sales including; Sales Management, PPC Management, Amazon SEO, Brand Protection, Listing Creation, Inventory Management, Content Strategy and Development, Promotional Campaigns & Amazon Storefront Design. This role will also advise, design, and then execute management approved plan for the development of “new-from-new” and current EDI based drop-ship retailers of Winning Streak Sports.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Lead all aspects of the company’s Amazon and EDI based sales & business strategy
development
Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other
members of the cross-functional team supporting the Amazon strategy
Evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test Amazon initiatives
Collaborate with In-house creative and outside sports and advertising agencies as well as in
house marketing team to craft digital marketing campaigns to enable Amazon sales including
optimization of marketing investments based on performance. Achieve revenue, volume and
profit targets, as well as other determining business KPIs, through the management of promotion
mix in line with brand/company objectives.
Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and
implications are factored into Amazon and EDI based projects
Responsible for Amazon and other Winning Streak Sports EDI-based drop-ship merchandising
and product decisions. Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase
sales and profitability under management supervision and prior approval
Provide expertise on current Amazon and EDI based drop-ship industry best practices
Understand and communicate Amazon's Terms of Service and Amazon's evolving policies to
cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure Amazon principles and best practices are
incorporated
Identify new areas of opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
Work with Business Development & Licensing team to discuss opportunities for partnerships on
Amazon with key Licensors (NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA., Disney)
Analyze and optimize the performance of discount/promotion offers (e.g., FBA, FBM prime
eligibility, right-leveling free shipping offers, product variations, themed variations, gifting kits,
league innovation strategies)

brick and mortar retail-based e-commerce, shipping offers, product variations, themed

Curate and personalize product bundles and cross-category opportunities to drive basket and
own the buy box with company product
Work with analytics to define merchandising segments and merchandise appropriately to
increase sales performance of each segment
Review daily performance of products on Seller Central and make real-time adjustments to
optimize listings
Ensure in-stock rates for top-selling products
Optimize Brand Page experience and work with technical partners to identify and implement
mobile and cross-platform experience enhancements
Identify and drive personalization opportunities (e.g., site personalization, product
recommendation, post-purchase offers, next best offer)
Shape and execute the rapid test and learn cycles (e.g., A/B testing of the site, offer/promo)
Demonstrate the ability to drive analytics (e.g., basket analysis, promo effectiveness analysis,
churn analysis) to derive consumer insights This description is representative but not inclusive

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in direct Amazon sales or business development
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred
Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central & e-commerce is
required
EDI proficiencies are preferred and training will be provided
Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in U.S. with prior interactions with
sellers and distributors is desirable.
Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Salesforce, Selleozoo, Helium 10, True-Commerce, Shopify experience preferred
Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Winning Streak Sports may allow this role to temporarily work from home to ensure business continuity
during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Prospective WFH employees will be advised of such possibilities and requirements by their department manager. Should this role be provided with WFH privileges, Winning Streak Sports will secure appropriate equipment needs, such as hardware, software, phone, and data lines. The Winning Streak Sports IT department or IT Service Provider is available to review these equipment needs with
employees and to provide support to employees in advance of emergency telework situations.
For voluntary WFH/telework, telecommuting arrangements, either the employee or department
manager can initiate a temporary telecommuting agreement during Covid-19 Pandemic circumstances. The employee and manager will discuss the job responsibilities and determine if the job is appropriate
for a telecommuting arrangement, including equipment needs, workspace design considerations and
scheduling issues. A Covid-19 WFH/telework, telecommuting agreement will be prepared by Winning Streak Sports and signed by the employee and his or her manager. The employee will establish an appropriate work environment within his or her home for work purposes.
