THE UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS UNIVERSITY HONORS PROGRAM ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, HEAD OF ADMISSIONS KU. UNIVERSITY HONORS PROGRAM (UHP) is seeking applications for an Assistant Director, Head of Admissions. A well-organized, effective, and dynamic individual is sought to lead admissions and recruitment for one of the nation’s best Honors Programs. This full-time, unclassified professional staff position will supervise a full-time Honors Admissions Representative, coordinate on- and off-campus recruitment, and coordinate the admissions process for prospective students. The University Honors Program is committed to recruiting a diverse class of extremely talented students. The Assistant Director will be engaged in a wide range of activities, including visiting high schools, coordinating individual campus visits, and planning and implementing large recruitment events. Required: Master’s degree (or equivalent); minimum of 3 years of professional experience in higher education, demonstrated excellent presentation and written communication skills; and demonstrated ability to organize time and tasks and work autonomously.
