Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Lead Product Owner at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Lead Product Owner is responsible for representing the "voice of the customer" as a member of the technology product management leadership team, adding insights, recommendations, and opinions as they relate to the functioning and strategic direction of vision for Target's Digital Commerce Platform. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience in API development in a multi-channel, multi-product digital environment. Alternate requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience in API development in a multi-channel, multi-product digital environment. Must also have 36 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) designing and implementing checkout capabilities and solutions that enable cart and checkout functions for e-commerce retail applications, mobile apps, call centers, stores and third-parties; (2) building products and applications that can scale to the level of multi-million transactions, while ensuring high availability and performance; (3) designing process and tools to transact with payment processors for real-time payment authorizations; (4) utilizing advanced statistical tools, including Adobe Suite, Splunk and ELK to analyze large data-sets and developing insights and accurate implications; (5) drafting key business objectives and digital technology strategies for a back end product and leveraging omni-channel checkout fulfillment logic within the purchase funnel; (6) designing solutions that leverage inventory and pricing rules that drive add-to-cart logic across e-commerce and physical retail applications. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master's program. Up to 10% international and domestic travel required.
