Luxury High-Rise Condominium property is seeking an experienced Maintenance

The primary duties of this position include:
Resident Satisfaction through incredible customer service including attention to detail, ability to effectively and professionally communicate, and the knowledge to quickly resolve issues.
This position will require the employee to set up the maintenance shop area by working with existing suppliers to determine parts lists and items needed to effectively cure maintenance requests within 24 hours.
The right candidate will work well with other employees in the maintenance department along with all other property staff, will be computer literate, able to open/close and monitor work orders in provided computer software. This position will require the technician to maintain an organized maintenance shop area, work with existing suppliers to maintain stock, work with outside contractors to ensure they are following building regulations. Maintenance team will also be involved in budgeting for department and working with contractors to bid on projects around the property as needed, and will also maintain building information and help to ensure maintenance requests are properly resolved within 48 hours of receipt. We need a problem-solver that will do what it takes to make sure residents receive the best service possible.
The Maintenance technician will be required to be on-call for emergency services in rotation with other qualified team members.
A list of physical requirements will be provided
Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance required
