Scheduling SpecialistSabates Eye Centers
Sabates Eye Centers is seeking an experienced, customer service oriented professional to provide scheduling support in our Call Center. This position will work on our main line to take demographics, setup patient accounts and schedule appointments. You must have a proven track record of scheduling with a great attention to detail. Good organizational skills, computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are requirements of this individual as well. This is a high-volume call center environment but is not a "scripted" call center position. Although we do receive a high volume of calls, this is not a "bull pin" environment. The Call Center employees 8 individuals who work together as a team to provide excellent customer service to all who call our company.
Previous healthcare experience and a strong understanding of insurance is a must.
