RDB Solutions is seeking a full-time Sales Representative. The right candidate will: Utilize all tools provided. Actively seeks out and engages customer prospects through all leads, including cold calling. Ability to learn new software programs. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, post-sale follow up. Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work and provide detailed reports to management. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and by other means. Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Is results-driven and persistent in sales. Continuously improves through feedback & adjusts sales presentation based on success/fail averages. Ability to create and deliver client presentations. Some travel required. Must be able to manage time well and be accountable. 2+ years’ sales experience. Excellent verbal communication skills. Highly motivated and is target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, ability to build productive business professional relationships. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Openness to feedback. This is a salary and commission paid position with a great benefits package. DOE
