VP/Client Engagement Specialist
Salary $78,000 - $125,000 DOE

(Applicant can reside in the North Eastern CA/Reno NV area)
Seeking a VP/Client Engagement Specialist to direct team members to cultivate and enhance the client relationship with internal clients as well as develop connectivity with new clients. This person will coach and inspire team members to properly assess client needs to expand our client centric culture in the branches by building strong relationships to grow our client base and increase retention. Will direct our digital marketing campaigns and manage our social media presence. Banking experience is not required for this position.
The successful candidate must have exceptional people skills and be highly motivated, a self-starter, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Possess the ability to be creative, with an innovative mindset to build upon the ideas of others. Digital marketing and social media experience required.
The VP/Client Engagement Specialist will report to the EVP/Chief Banking Officer.
Essential Job Functions
• Directs client satisfaction programs and related initiatives by identifying areas of opportunity and provide reporting on metrics to advise of progress and recommendations for improvement. Proactively grows business through client centric programs.
• Directs community outreach initiatives and is accountable for initiating and coordinating in-branch events with small and medium businesses to increase foot traffic and client retention.
• Coaches and inspires associates, while fostering a culture that builds trust, brand loyalty and exceptional client service delivery. Supports an environment that encourages creative and innovative thinking.
• Directs our digital marketing and social media presence
• Brand building in communities through face to face meetings
• Maintain and apply sufficient knowledge of regulatory compliance and complete with passing scores on-line compliance training according to established schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communications or Marketing.
• Five plus years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entrepreneurial experience
• Brand building experience
• Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated leadership, management, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
• Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to work at a fast pace and multi-tasking skills.
