Position Summary:
The Compliance & Credentialing Manager is responsible for designing and implementing programs,
policies, and practices that ensure Next Move Healthcare complies with Joint Commission (JAHCO),
HIPAA, and federal, state, and local regulations. This position will stay up to date on industry regulations
and best practices, interpreting and communicating these changes to Next Move’s executive team. This
person will also provide input on strategic decisions rooted in this body of knowledge. As the leader of
the compliance department, this position is responsible for managing, training, and developing the
compliance team as they maintain compliance files for all clinical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership: Provide leadership to the compliance team and is responsible for maintaining
and updating Next Move Healthcare database of compliance records for clinical talent. Support team
members as they facilitate background checks, drug screens, competency tests, and secure other
industry and facility-specific credentials. Train, coach, and provide accountability to ensure strategic
goals and objectives are met. Conduct reviews of compliance work following established compliance
plan(s), appropriate standards, metrics, and prescribed program and departmental policies. On a limited
basis, complete compliance tasks to support team capacity. Handle confidential and non-routine
information related to clinical talent, explaining policies when needed.
Regulatory and Industry Expertise: Maintain a knowledge of JAHCO, HIPPA, federal, state, and local
regulations as relevant to healthcare staffing. Research and recommend technology tools to support
best practices. Develop and implement compliance-related training and education materials to entire
Next Move Healthcare team as needed.
Internal Compliance Liaison: Collaborate with senior leaders and department leads to ensure
organization initiatives align with compliance requirements and priorities. Provide input and add
perspective representing the mission-critical role of clinical talent compliance. Help manage the pace of
growth to ensure compliance standards are upheld and prioritized.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field
• 3+ years in compliance or credentialing field
• 2+ years of managing a team
• Advanced computer, technology, and data management skills
