Strategic Marketing Consultant - McClatchy
The Strategic Marketing Consultant works with new and existing local/regional Enterprise businesses, utilizing data and research to discover and overcome business challenges through Marketing. With the help of an Agency team (media buyers, data consultants, creative team, and Client Success team) they will follow the Core 4+ process; understanding their needs (both current & desired) and crafting customized solutions to meet customer needs. Strategic Marketing Consultants must have a fluent business acumen and understand cross-channel solutions and how effectively drive results for our customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify Growth Opportunities from existing customers
- Conduct deep-dive Client Impact Assessments, utilizing pre-call research
- Develop Results-Based Solutions based on Data
- Present and close proposals
- Work with client success team to ensure client goals/expectations are met
- Collaborate across the agency team on behalf of customers
- Bring New Business or opportunities to the agency team regularly - utilizing Core 4+ Process
- Utilize Salesforce as a Predictive and Collaborative tool
