Clinical Therapist - Foster Care
The Clinical Therapist coordinates clinical services including conducting individual and family therapy for Maryhurst Foster Care and Renewal programs. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments and facilitating the treatment planning process. The Clinical Therapist educates and supports foster families about the unique treatment issues of foster children and provides crisis management and support. The Clinical Therapist also supports children and families in the community through outpatient and community based therapy in homes, school and office settings The Clinical Therapist is credentialed as an Independent Clinical Practitioner and contributes clinical insight and oversight to the Foster Care team, for all foster care clients. The Therapist provides oversight and monitoring of clinical documentation of all foster care cases. They participate in the on call rotation for MFC, responding to foster parent needs for additional support, including crisis intervention.

Requirements
A Master’s degree in the Human Services field with Independent Clinical license. A minimum of two years experience in child and adolescent treatment. Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications is required. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
