Plan menu & food preparation techniques& supervise cooking & kitchen. Monitor, evaluate & audit food& beverage. Maintain safe & healthy environment, track emerging trends, & prepare & maintain policies & procedures.Coordinate catering and event operations. Maintain excellent customer service & ensure compliance. Require Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant & Food Services Management, or a related field, plus minimum 6 months exp. in food service management in the Indian restaurant industry, and in working on catering projects. Skills in MS office suite& in any of the social media tools, online review tools& inventory and accounting tools.
