Client Care Representative
Do you enjoy helping people? Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you have strong communications skills? If so, KS StateBank has an opportunity just for you. We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Client Care Representative at our Westloop location in Manhattan.
As a Client Care Representative you will receive and respond to client communications across all markets while helping to resolve questions and issues in a way that best fits the client’s needs. Candidates should be responsible and outgoing as well as adept at written and oral communication with proven interpersonal skills.
SCHEDULE: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday rotation
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls, and/or email from bank clients across all markets
- Maintain current knowledge of bank’s financial products, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Courteously and promptly resolve customer questions and/or issues
- Establish and maintain effective business and working relationships with internal and external client base
- Listen to clients and recommend solutions tailored to fit their needs
- Adhere to Client Care Standards
- Work as a team to meet and address client needs in a timely and efficient manner
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- An associate or undergraduate degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous bank experience is preferred

- Solid customer service abilities
- Ability to define problems
- Able to multi-task and make quick decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with emphasis on phone and computer skills
