Executive Director

This Executive Director position is located in Topeka, at the Eisenhower State Office Building, and is within the Office of the Secretary. The Executive Director provides executive leadership for the Hub Office and is responsible for providing and implementing strategic direction through supervision of staff and developing and overseeing implementation of the Office mission, vision, values, and objectives, and ensuring successful delivery of programs, products, and services of the Office. In addition, this position is responsible for fiscal management of the Office and must provide timely and accurate reports on Office activities, accomplishments, budget, and other topics to stakeholders, Reporting Structure, and the public as necessary and/or required to support the successful implementation of the Office mission, vision, values, and objectives. This position serves as the “face” of the Office in public facing engagements and acts as the primary liaison between the Office and stakeholders which includes but is not limited to Hub Subcabinet, Hub Advisory Group, Legislators, State Agencies, Media, Governor’s Office, or other reporting structures implemented in the future.
