Property Manager

Immediate opening at apartment community for individual to manage high-rise properties. Must be detail oriented, organized and willing to inspect and take charge of all building maintenance and office functions that include ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, supervision of building personnel and contractors as well as planning and completion of work lists and projects. Must be familiar with construction trades and overall building maintenance requirements and able to maintain a service oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude. 

Drug screening and background checks required.
