Accounting Clerk
Accounting position requiring solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have a minimum of two years general accounting experience. Must be a self-starter with a driven personality. Typical duties will include; Matching, coding, and entering payables invoices, Entering, reconciling accounts receivable payments, Researching and resolving accounts payable or receivable issues with vendors or customers, Updating and reconciling the general ledger, Performing general ledger posting and month end reconciliations, Preparing accruals and amortizations, Managing all supplies, Other clerical tasks as needed.
