Hours Mon-Thursday, 9am - 7pm. (Four, 10 hour shifts)
Pay Range: $50-$65K annual salary depending on experience and qualifications.

Private household looking to hire a Household Manager in Overland Park, KS.
The Ideal Candidate: Title: Household Manager Overland Park family is seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented full-time candidate to help manage household for a busy family. Maintain home, cooking, cleaning, appointments, manage other staff, keep a calendar, run errands, etc.... Organic/Holistic Cooking is a MUST!
Responsibilities:
The Ideal Candidate: Title: Household Manager Overland Park family is seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented full-time candidate to help manage household for a busy family. Maintain home, cooking, cleaning, appointments, manage other staff, keep a calendar, run errands, etc.... Organic/Holistic Cooking is a MUST!
Responsibilities:
• Manage Home health staff for a 92 year old woman in home (Mom).
• Ensure Healthy/Holistic/Organic meals are prepared.
• Assist with inventory checklists for household items, food, essentials, etc.
• Maintain clean household
• Assist, update and maintain the calendar.
• Maintain contacts lists that include vendors, contractors, businesses, etc.
• Managing tasks and projects around the home (e.g., receiving deliveries, service providers, contractors, etc.)
• Organizational projects, closets, rotating clothes seasonally, taking things for donation, etc.)
• Ensure pantry and fridges are properly stocked.
• Maintain vehicles, fill gas tank, take for service appointments and keep accurate records of services completed. • Manage household petty cash (including proper documentation) and submission of house/staff credit card purchases and receipts
• Schedule meetings with principal(s) as needed to discuss their schedule, Mom's schedules, travel plans, upcoming events, special projects, etc.
Qualifications:
• Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, excellent time management, positive attitude, efficient and service focused
• Professional presentation
• Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with service providers, contractors and vendors
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently with principals and domestic employees; responsive to feedback
• Strong technology skills
Requirements:
• College Degree preferred
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable Car
• Must Speak Fluent English
