General Laborer

Group Real Estate is looking for a General Laborer to join our team.   This position will be performing Commercial Construction and Building maintenance on multi-tenant office buildings and Venues in Kansas City. Ideal candidate will be a self starter, punctual and have a good work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to perform job duties with minimal to none supervision.

This is a full time position with Year Round Work.

Required job skills Include but are not limited to:

• Carpentry work
• Painting 
• Drywall
• Handyman
• Remodeling
• Power and hand tools

Additional requirements:

• Must have Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver's License and Insurance to travel to and from locations. 
• Must have own Hand Tools. 

Pay wage: $15-$20. per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.
