Grant Compliance Accountant

The purpose of the position is to facilitate and ensure FEC comply with Funding Agency, contractual and fiscal policies and procedures, as well as Federal, State laws related to grant funds. The Grant Accountant (GCA) will ensure grant financial reporting compliance through review and analysis of grant reports and documentation and will focus on financial Information Reconciliations, Reporting and Analysis.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field,
•Minimum of two years' work in accounting. Will consider new graduates with internship experience.
•Working knowledge of federal regulations regarding fiscal management of federal funds such as Super Circular OMB 2 CFR Part 200, preferred but not required
•Strong analytical skills advanced proficiency in Excel skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Must have personal transportation, driver's license and auto insurance
 
 
 

Payroll Benefits/Human Resource Assistant

This Payroll Benefits/Human Resource Assistant is the individual responsible for maintaining accurate record of employee benefits. Employee benefits can include health, vision, and dental insurance; 403b plans, retirement funds, AFLAC, Short-Term and Long Term Disability. Responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties and to act as the liaison between the HR Manager


Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience at the leadership or functional level, dependent upon the position
•Experience in assisting in payroll, benefits, administration, etc., required
•Training with specialized course work in accounting, bookkeeping or related field and two years of increasingly responsible experience in the preparation and maintenance of financial records or the maintenance of payroll and benefit programs in an automated accounting environment.
•Experience with government or non-profit agency experience is preferred
•Must have personal driver license and auto insurance.

 

Career Development Executive

Develop, lead, execute and coordinate activities that facilitate successful youth enrollment into core, intensive and training levels frat lead to goal, skill and certificate attainment followed by job placement. Develop, lead, execute and coordinate follow-up activities that facilitate successful retention, completion of regional and employment counseling activities by youth participant in multiple counties. Provide coordination of regional employment and training activities for youth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years management and two years' experience in similar setting or combination of education and experience. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software with three to five years' experience in customer service industry.
 
 
 

Workforce Development Executive

The Workforce Development Executive is responsible for identifying appropriate job
opportunities based on training needs and career goals of individual clients.
 
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree
•Extensive Marketing and outside sales experience (including cold calling)
•Experience with human resources staffing efforts preferred
•Must be able to pass background check
•Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license and auto insurance
 
 
 

Executive Assistant 

The individual will provide strategic support to the President/CEO in executing policy/program goals of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or a degree related to the business or industry preferred 3-5 years’ experience in supporting a senior level executive, experience in Social Services Administration, Not-For-Profit Management, or similar setting. Advanced reading, writing, and arithmetic skills that are normally acquired through college level course, must be able to pass a background check, must have own transportation and auto insurance.
