MANAGER – EO Community/Outreach/Recruitment Services
The Full Employment Council (FEC) is seeking to fill the position of Manager Customer Service/Equal Opportunity. The individual will report to the CEO and will be responsible for: oversight of all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) customer service, EEO marketing and outreach, security protocol, and facilitation of monitoring and reporting on funded programs. Must have Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, and four years of experience in employment programs, customer service, and/or Equal Opportunity Programs. Must have own transportation with auto insurance.
