Career Navigator

The Full Employment Council, a leading non-profit employment and training organization is seeking to fill the position for a Career Navigator.

The individual will be responsible for providing career counseling/recruitment services for potential FEC clientele.  Assist and guide clients in developing training and employment strategies that lead to career-oriented employment.  Provide pre- and post-employment in helping customers achieve their goals.  Conduct overviews and testing assessment of various FEC clienteles, provide follow-up of FEC clientele to ensure retention in training programs and their results in employment.  Provide information on FEC programs.  Requires bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field and experience in career/vocational counseling.  Must have personal transportation, a valid drivers’ license and auto insurance.  Must pass a background check.
