DF Real Estate LLC seeks Management Analyst
w/ Master’s in Biz Admin, Engg any, Tech
or rltd & 2 yrs of exp to analy market trends,
financial data, & project performance to
provide strategic insights & recommendations
to optimize dvlpmt projects, investment
decisions, & overall company operations,
focusing on maximizing profitability & efficiency
across the real estate lifecycle, from acquisition
to asset mgmt, by conducting detailed research,
financial modeling, & collab with various
depts to identify opportunities & mitigate
risks. Conduct thorough anlys & research
to identify growth opportunities with existing
clients, & create a targeted prospect list,
regularly updating it to ensure active leads
are easily identifiable on EP using contact
categories. Exp in HR Mgmt, Accounting Mgmt,
Project Mgmt S/w's like Sage/Corecon/Builder
trend & exp of ADP, Pay Chex, QuickBooks
will be an added advtg.

Work location is Overland Park,KS w/ req’d
travel & work from var unanticipated client
