Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator
Cottey College seeks a Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator. Under the general direction of the President, the Director provides overall management for the human resource function including, but not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, job descriptions, employee manuals, records management, Title IX, wellness, and benefits administration. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with a preference for human resources or a related area, three years of personnel management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to adapt to new technology. Preference will be given to candidates with human resources experience. This is a 12-month, full-time position with excellent benefits.
