Chief Operating Officer
Oversees all aspects of co's operations functions, specifically in business areas of: customer care, project mgmt, organizational performance, business analytics & reporting. Collaborates w/ CEO to provide leadership. Translates company strategy into actionable goals, executable plans & measured performance criteria. REQMTS: Master's deg, or foreign equiv, in Mgmt Info Systems or related field. Min. of 10 yrs' exp in the job offered or a managerial position w/in the consulting or fin'l industries. Exp must incl min. of 3 yrs' exp adopting & implmtg new emerging technologies used in fin'l services industry. Project Mgmt Professional (PMP) certification required.
