Convention & Entertainment Facilities
Department, Sales Division, 301 W. 13 th St.
Normal Work Days/Hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00
p.m. Assists the Sales & Booking team in
daily coordination of facility rental and
booking functions for the Convention &
Entertainment Facilities Department.
Coordinates pre-event correspondences and
meetings until such time as accounts can be
turned over to event coordinators. Assists
the Sales Director with site inspections,
facility tours and meetings with clients.
REQUIRES high school graduation and 3
years of increasingly responsible, secretarial
and/or clerical experience; OR an equivalent
combination of qualifying education and
experience. Preference given for a
minimum of 2 years of progressive sales,
booking and marketing experience in a
convention center, event center, arena,
music hall, amphitheater or stadium.
Salary Range: $15.06-$24.31/hour.
