Full-time position available with the Parks Department, Community Services Division,
3930 NE Antioch Rd.
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, hours may vary.
Provides administrative support for the community center(s) as well as the Community Services Division. Enters/audit payroll for employees assigned to the community center. Completes contracts for services and rental agreements Manages inventory of facility supplies. Orders supplies and goods for daily operations and events, including daily inventory and reconciliation. Operates the division’s recreation management system, CivicRec. Schedule rentals, processes new/updating memberships, and conducts tours of the facility to interested parties for room rentals and reservations. Provides great customer service for internal and external customers as the first point of contact at the community center. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRES high school graduation and 3 years of increasingly responsible secretarial and/or clerical experience; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience.
Salary Range: $18.61-$29.39/hour.
