Central Minnesota Domestic Dealer looking for qualified Manager to lead our sales force. High paced environment in a non-metro location, enjoy country/lakes living without the 60 minute 5 mile commute. Loyal customer base and experienced sales team in place, we are looking for an individual to accelerate us to the next level. Responsibilities include Desking and Closing deals, Training and motivating sales team and have a working knowledge of CRM/DMS systems. Individual must be highly motivated with energetic personality and have proven track record of above average CSI. Competitive pay plan with 401k, HSA and benefits.
