STAFF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Seeking an individual to coordinate a staff development program in a Joint Commission accredited behavioral health facility.
- Develop orientation programs and utilize available resources to develop continuing educational programs for all employees.
- Work with and assist program directors, department heads and other key staff in identifying training needs and core curriculum in both clinical and non-clinical areas.
Minimum qualifications include three years of professional experience in personnel, employee relations, psychology, sociology, social work, education, staff development or closely related areas, of which at least one year must have been in the design, development and evaluation of staff training programs.
