Director of Quality Assurance (QA)

Cathcart Rail, LLC is hiring a Director of Quality Assurance (QA) to Develop and maintain the company’s quality management systems, including the maintenance of documentation in accordance with the company policies and procedures, Association of American Railroads (“AAR”) regulations, and Federal Railroad Administration (“FRA”) requirements among other duties. Requires five (5) years of experience in planning, developing, and directing Quality Assurance policies, programs, and initiatives in the railcar operations/repair industry. Experience must include: performing annual AAR QASE internal audits; Railcar RX repair and yard management software (RailcarRX, and ExpressYard); Weld Office Software WPS (Welding Procedure Specification); Gagetracker; Railinc; Steelroad; and Umler.
