Market Analyst
BLI is seeking a full-time Market Analyst who is responsible for gathering and analyzing data and information from our current industry and future markets. Your research will lead to the long term growth and decision making of our company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate market penetration, brand perception and reputation.
- Assess dealer's promotional needs and develop sales strategies with the Director of Sales.
- Meet with dealers and sales representatives to ascertain marketing goals.
- Evaluate a campaign or promotion's return on investment.
- Develop groups to solicit market feedback.
- Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
- Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships.
- Identify positive and negative financial outcomes to increase profitability.
- Create questionnaires and surveys to present to dealers and customers.
- Create databases to capture market data.
- Perform extensive research to identify new market and product opportunities.
- Complete concept-testing for new products.
- Evaluate trends, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
- Be a Core Values ambassador. Display and command excellent representation of BLI's values to the sales staff in serving our dealers and interactions with each other.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required with 2+ years of market analysis and sales experience.
- Or 5+ years of experience in market analysis and sales fields.
- Background and understanding of rent-to-own, retail sales, or outdoor structures is preferred.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
