RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Consumer healthcare products company in Lenexa, Kansas seeks a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities: answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet and register visitors to the facility, maintain daily employee attendance logs, provide administrative support to the Sales/Marketing Department, file and shred documentation as needed, contribute to team effort with a positive attitude. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in the customer service field, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
