Office Manager-Advantage Institute and Social Sciences
Appointment Date: Immediately
Responsibilities:
The Advantage Institute and Social Sciences Offices are looking for an office manager who is self-motivated and has strong leadership skills to be responsible for the general management of our offices. You will be splitting your time between the two offices. These times will be defined. Some of the job duties are as follows:
Overseeing general office operations Greeting visitors, answering phones & emails
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Entering class schedules
Book Orders for all Advantage classes
Processing adjunct contracts
Purchasing office supplies and maintain adequate level
Create and Process faculty evaluations
Oversight of the Advantage budget
Oversight of the Advantage Website page keeping information up to date.
Assist in the accreditation procedures/processes for Social Sciences
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate Degree preferred and or 5 years office management experience. Excellent computer skills and technology savvy. Have a high degree of proficiency in MS Word, excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
