Graduate Psychology Enrollment and Retention Manager
The Graduate Psychology Enrollment and Retention Manager oversees the enrollment and student services needs for the graduate programs in the Department of Psychology. Primary responsibilities include managing the application process, overseeing scheduling and student progression, recruiting, marketing, budgeting, and assisting with program development and expansion. This position has extensive involvement in policy management and interpretation. Works collaboratively with the Chair of the Department of Psychology and the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences as well as collaborating with the Department of Psychology recruiting staff and faculty. This position provides primary support for the faculty and students in the Department of Psychology graduate programs and provides operational support for all areas relating to the successful progression of the graduate students in the department. Avila’s Department of Psychology offers Master of Science degrees in Counseling Psychology and Psychology and has clinical supervision and research laboratories.
Master’s degree required with a background in psychology preferred; 2-3 years in admission/recruitment activities. This is a full time staff position eligible for the usual and customary benefits. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
