Responsibilities
The Advancement Database Coordinator is responsible for managing the alumni
and donor database and all gift processing, as well as coordinating data queries
and reports. The Advancement Database Coordinator will also assist with ongoing
donor stewardship and oversee daily office tasks. Although database-driven, this
the role is often the first point of contact for constituents so exceptional customer
service is essential, as they will communicate with alumni and donors in person,
via phone and email.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Skills: Must have superior organizational and computer skills, the
capability to manage several projects at once, strong attention to
detail, plus the ability to work independently as well as part of a
dynamic team. Must have exceptional customer service/donor
relations skills.
Other: Database proficiency a must;
Experience: Two to three years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in a fundraising environment
Raiser’s Edge and/or Jenzabar experience a plus
Salary Competitive salary.
