Client Care Specialist
The Client Care Specialist (CCS) is responsible for answering incoming calls, video inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals. As the first point of contact, the CCS assesses the client’s needs and eligibility for services, provides requested information, makes referrals, and facilitates a warm hand-off between the client and the appropriate Aging Best representative. Customer service is of the utmost importance; therefore, the Client Care Specialist verifies the client was contacted in a timely manner. The CSS are located in Columbia and/or Jefferson City. Full time, Mon. - Fri. Starting salary range: $11.15 - $12.90/hour ($23,200 to $26,800). The CCS works closely with all Aging Best employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
A bachelor’s or associate degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field is preferred and/or two years practical experience in Information and Assistance, Case Management, Social Work, Counseling, Home Health, Nursing, or equivalent experience.
